Program Overview
The Executive Leadership program at the Rotman School of Management is designed for senior leaders across Canada and globally, with 10+ years of experience leading people, teams, or large projects. The program aims to connect the latest insights into personal leadership with a comprehensive grasp of the market and social forces currently transforming organizations.
Program Experience
The program is an immersive leadership experience that includes:
- A campus experience with 7 nights stay at a luxury hotel adjacent to the University of Toronto campus
- A program format that splits the program into two modules, allowing participants to apply what they learned and return to campus to share their learnings
- Experiential learning activities, such as the Pit Crew Challenge, Corporate Cooking Class, and Art Gallery of Ontario: Team Building
- A meaningful network for life, with peers that challenge, inspire, and support each other long after the program
