Program Overview
One-Year MBA Program
The One-Year MBA program at the Rotman School of Management is designed for individuals with a business background, offering advanced standing into the Full-Time MBA program. This 12-month accelerated program allows students to join peers with existing experience in business or commerce.
Program Schedule
The program schedule is divided into three terms:
- Summer (May – August): Core courses that master business fundamentals in strategy, data-driven decision-making, managing teams, and leadership.
- Fall (September – December): 5 elective courses chosen from over 100 options in marketing, accounting, strategy, organizational behavior, and more.
- Winter and Spring (January – April): 5 additional elective courses.

- International exchange program at one of 32 partner universities (available in the Winter and Spring term only)
