The Centre for Drama, Theatre and Performance Studies offers various programs for undergraduate and graduate students.

Undergraduate Program

• The undergraduate program includes courses such as DRM202H1 Directing I, which is an introduction to major concepts and artistic practices in directing for the theatre.
• Enrollment for DRM202H1 is limited to 25 students, and prerequisites include Drama Major or Drama Specialist, DRM101Y1, and a Letter of Introduction.
• The Letter of Introduction should include the student's year of study, how the course fits into their course requirements, and their experience in theatre or related fields.

Application Information

• The Application Form for DRM202H1 is available with a deadline of March 10, 2025.
• To apply, students must register for a Drama Centre Student Profile and complete the online application form.
• A one-page letter of introduction must be uploaded by April 10, 2025, addressing the student's interests, experience, and goals in taking the course.

Graduate Program

• The graduate program includes MA and PhD options, with program requirements, tuition and funding, scholarships and awards, and graduate forms available for each.
• The MA program requires students to complete program requirements, including coursework and a thesis or research project.
• The PhD program requires students to complete program requirements, including coursework, comprehensive exams, and a dissertation.
