The Penn State Harrisburg MBA lets you customize your path to a career-enhancing advanced degree, based on your educational background, professional interests, and scheduling needs. The program leads to a globally-recognized degree that prepares emerging and experienced professionals for leadership in private, public, and non-profit organizations.

• Credits: 36
• Duration: 16 months - 4 semesters (if attending full-time)
• STEM-Designated: Eligible graduates can earn an Optional Practical Training (OPT) extension for up to 36 months, helping them gain additional real-world skills and experiences
• Flexible Scheduling: Full- or part-time options, and evening and weekend classes

Students have opportunities to study abroad during ten-day trips to places like England, China, Greece, or Germany.
• Independent study and thesis courses allow the exploration of a specific topic of your choosing. Many students select real problems or projects from their workplace to study, gaining academic credit and real-world business solutions.
