The Graduate Certificate in Business Process Integration is designed to equip students with the skills to analyze, architect, design, implement, and manage the technical aspects of an enterprise IT system to meet business objectives. Business Process Integration Skills

Business Process Integration Courses

Required Courses (9 credits)

• INSC 526: Business Process Management and Integration (3 credits)
  • Design and development of business processes that align business objectives with Information Technology (IT) systems.
• INSC 539: Information Science Emerging Topics (3 credits)
  • This course explores various emerging theories and technologies in information science, including at least cloud computing, mobile application, Internet of things, blockchain, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• INSC 568: Enterprise Integration (3 credits)
  • Advances in design, development, and deployment of control and management software for enterprise and production information systems.

Using Certificate Credits toward a Stackable Credentials Degree Pathway

As part of the stackable pathway, the courses required for this 9-credit certificate can also be applied to a Master of Science in Information Science if you apply and are accepted into the program.

Costs and Financial Aid

Graduate Tuition

Graduate tuition is calculated based on the number of credits for which you register. Tuition is due shortly after each semester begins and rates are assessed every semester of enrollment.

2025–26 Academic Year Rates

• 11 or fewer credits: $1,037 per credit
• 12 or more credits: $12,448 per semester

2026–27 Academic Year Rates

• 11 or fewer credits: $1,048 per credit
• 12 or more credits: $12,572 per semester

Paying for Your Certificate

Students pursuing a certificate are considered "nondegree," a status that is not eligible for federal student aid, including the Federal Direct Stafford Loan program. A private alternative loan may be an option to consider.
