The Graduate Certificate in Enterprise Architecture is designed to provide working professionals with the expertise to make strategic decisions and create IT solutions that solve complex business challenges. This online graduate certificate program integrates an introduction to the role of enterprise architect in strategic-, business-, and technology-planning methods.

Admission Requirements

• GPA: 2.75 GPA, either overall or from the last 60 credits
• Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is recommended
• Transcripts: Official transcripts from each institution attended
• Test Scores: GRE test scores are not required
• English Proficiency: The language of instruction at Penn State is English; international applicants must take and submit scores for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS)

• Paying for Your Certificate: Students pursuing a certificate are considered "nondegree" and are not eligible for federal student aid; private alternative loans may be an option

Head Start toward a Master’s Degree

The certificate program can provide a solid head start toward a full master’s degree, with some or all credits earned applicable to the Master of Enterprise Architecture in Enterprise Architecture and Business Transformation program.
