The Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Risk Management is a 12-credit, four-course online program designed to help working logistics professionals gain knowledge and skills to enhance their understanding of cybersecurity as it relates to supply chain management.

Program Details

• The program is offered in partnership with the Penn State Smeal College of Business.
• It is a 100% online program, allowing students to complete coursework at their own pace.
• The application deadline for the fall semester is July 20, with classes starting on August 24.
• The program consists of 12 credits, with a cost of $1,154 per credit.
• GRE and GMAT test scores are not required for admission.

Admission Requirements

• Applicants must hold a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution or a tertiary degree deemed comparable to a four-year bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution.
• Successful applicants will have at least two years of post-baccalaureate work experience in supply chain management or a closely allied field.
• Microsoft Office Excel skills, knowledge of business statistics, and an understanding of basic accounting and microeconomic terms and principles are required.
• Students who require additional training are encouraged to enroll in preparatory courses prior to entrance into the program.

  • IST 803: Foundations of Cybersecurity
  • IST 564: Crisis, Disaster, and Risk Management
  • SCM 800: Supply Chain Management
  • SCM 863: Managing Supply Chain Risk and Resiliency
• These courses examine the tactics and skills needed to manage risks and create a more robust supply chain.
