LLM Program Overview
The LLM program at Tsinghua University offers international students the opportunity to pursue a Master of Laws degree in various specializations.
Application Specialization

Application Schedule
The application schedule is as follows:
- First round: Now-December 15, :00 (Beijing Time)
- Second round: January 5, :00-Febrary 27, :00 (Beijing Time)
Application Documents
Applicants are required to upload the following documents to the application system:
- Personal statement
- Degree certificate and degree authentication
- Academic transcript
- Academic recommendation letters
- Passport information page (ordinary passport)
Required Qualifications of Applicants
To be eligible for the program, applicants must:
- Be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport
- Hold a bachelor's degree (or above) in law, or be expecting a bachelor's degree (or above) in law by July 2025
- Be in good health and of good character
- Meet the minimum English proficiency requirement: IELTS:6.0/TOEFL:90
Application Remarks
- Applicants are required to submit scanned images of all required documents at the time of application
- All uploaded documents should be in Chinese or in English; otherwise notarial translations in Chinese or English are required
- The application fee must be paid at the time the application is submitted
- Applications with incomplete documents or without application fee payment will not be processed
