Design & Technology or Stage Management

The DMT program has two BFA degree tracks: Design & Technology and Stage Management.

After submitting the Common Application, DMT candidates will be contacted by a Theatre Arts representative to schedule an in-person or virtual interview.
Before their interview, DMT applicants will be prompted to upload required portfolio materials.

Theatrical resume
Design and Technology Portfolio that includes production photos, digital or hand-drawn renderings and/or drafting, technical or construction drawings/plans, sketches, build process photos, and paperwork samples.
Optional: Art-related sample work showcasing artistic skills and creativity.

Stage Management Portfolio

Theatrical resume
Examples of stage management paperwork, such as cue sheets and blocking charts, and any other items that demonstrate abilities and skills as a stage manager.
