Program Overview
Overview
This 137-credit degree program is exclusively for students who were undergraduate business majors. It is ideal for those with the long-term goal of serving as advisors to the owners of closely-held businesses or family offices, or who plan to work with banking, trust or investment companies.
- Students can obtain 3 degrees in 4 years — a J.D., an M.B.A. and an LL.M. in Estate Planning.
- Available only to individuals who were undergraduate business majors.
Admission Requirements
Students can apply to the LL.M. Program in Estate Planning as early as the spring semester of their first year of law school. Students should apply early during their second year of law school to the Accelerated M.B.A. program. Please note that students must have the results of their GMAT exam when they apply to the Accelerated M.B.A. program.
- Miami Law J.D. students may apply to the LL.M. Program during fall or spring of their 2L year, but before the end of the spring semester of the second year.
- Miami Law J.D. students apply to the Accelerated M.B.A. Program early in their second year.
