MS in Genetic Counseling

The MS in Genetic Counseling is a 21-month graduate program that emphasizes the science and practice of genetic counseling, as well as the humanistic, social, and ethical considerations of scaling genetic/genomic services through a precision-medicine-based approach to health care. We focus on improving access to genetic counseling services and removing barriers to high-quality care, particularly for underserved communities.

The required information relates to whether or not the educational program meets the requirements for professional licensure or certification in all other states. Where applicable, an institution must also indicate when such a determination cannot be made. Professional licensure and certification requirements may vary state to state.
