MFA in Writing for the Screen and Stage
The MFA in Writing for the Screen and Stage is a program offered by the Department of Radio/TV/Film at Northwestern University.
Program Details
MFA students will receive workshops and staged readings in the new downtown center performance space, as well as access to first-class production facilities including cameras, lighting, sound, and computer labs.
Production Opportunities
Students work with peers in the MFA Acting, Directing, and Design programs, and with professional artists from all over Chicago. In addition to play readings and productions, students will receive a $5,000 grant to produce new work for stage or screen.
