Program Overview

The Doctor of Speech-Language Pathology (SLPD) program is a two-year, hybrid curricular model designed to meet the needs of working clinicians. Courses are delivered in an asynchronous virtual format with optional synchronous elements.


Program Structure

  • The cohort will meet on campus three times during the course of the program.
    • Orientation: Typically scheduled during the second or third week of June of year 1.
    • Summer Symposium: Typically falls during the second or third week of June between year 1 and year 2.
    • Graduation Hooding Ceremony: Typically held during the second week in June.

The SLPD program has the support of the School of Communication IT staff to ensure a seamless hybrid experience for students.
