Program Structure
The program is led by Paul Ravenna, MD, Program Director, Family Medicine Residency at Lake Forest. The program includes a range of learning sites, including:
- Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital: a 201-bed community hospital providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient medical and surgical services.
- Erie HealthReach Waukegan Health Center: delivering culturally sensitive healthcare to medical and dental patients, regardless of their ability to pay.
- Northwestern Medical Group in Grayslake: bringing exceptional primary care to Lake County communities.
