Master of Education in Counselling Psychology (MEd)
The Master of Education in Counselling Psychology (MEd) program at the University of British Columbia is accredited by the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. This program allows students to focus on one of four areas: Community and Agency Counselling, Counselling in Higher Education, School Counselling, and Vocational Rehabilitation Counselling.

Minimum Academic Requirements
- The Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies establishes the minimum admission requirements, which is usually a minimum overall average in the B+ range (76% at UBC).

English Language Test

- TOEFL: Overall score requirement of 90, with 22 in Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening.
- IELTS: Overall score requirement of 6.5, with 6.0 in Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening.

- The GRE is not required for this program.
