UBC Master of Business Analytics (MBAN) Program

The UBC Master of Business Analytics (MBAN) program is a 12-month full-time program that provides students with the skills to turn big data into actionable insights. The program includes:

• Experiential learning opportunities such as an internship or group industry project
• Hands-on experience in one of Canada’s thriving tech and digital economies
• Eligibility for a 3-year post-graduation work permit (PGWP)
• Study permit application support

Program Details

• Duration: 12 months
• Tuition fees:
  • Canadian student tuition: $45,414 CAD*
  • International student tuition: $72,534 CAD
• Application deadline: January 9, 2026 (second round)
• Program start date: August (every year)
• Location: Vancouver campus
