Diploma in Accounting Program

The Diploma in Accounting Program (DAP) is a post-secondary program designed for students who want to pursue a career in accounting.


Curriculum

The DAP curriculum includes a range of courses in accounting, finance, and business.


Admission

To be admitted to the DAP, students must meet certain requirements, including a minimum admission average of 75%.


Finances

The DAP has several financing options available, including:


  • Fees: A non-refundable application fee of $115 is required, and tuition fees are $842.72 per course.
  • Scholarships: The DAP offers several scholarships, including the Diploma in Accounting Program (DAP) Annual Golf Tournament Entrance Scholarship and the UBC DAP Admission Excellence Scholarship.
  • Loans: Government-funded student loans are available to assist students in financing their post-secondary education.

Fees

The DAP has several fees associated with it, including:


  • Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of $115 is required at the time of application.
  • Tuition Fees: Tuition fees are assessed on a per-course basis and paid at the time of registration. Currently, tuition fees are $842.72 per course for both domestic and international students.
  • UBC Student Society Fees: UBC DAP students are required to pay UBC Student Society fees, which include the U-Pass & AMS extended health insurance.
