Introduction to the Bachelor of Education Program
The Faculty of Education at the University of British Columbia offers a comprehensive Bachelor of Education program designed to prepare students for a career in teaching. Program Overview
The Bachelor of Education program is an 11-month program that runs from September to July. The program is divided into several cohorts, each with its own unique theme or pedagogical approach. The program requires 60 credits of coursework, with some cohorts requiring additional courses or credits. For example:
- The French Specialization cohort requires 62-64 credits of coursework.
