Introduction to the Bachelor + Master of Management Dual Degree

The Bachelor + Master of Management Dual Degree is an accelerated program offered at the University of British Columbia's Okanagan campus. This program allows students to earn both a UBC Bachelor and a Master of Management degree in as little as 4.5 years.


Program Overview

  • The program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to contribute to the future development of organizations, sectors, communities, and regions facing questions regarding climate justice, reconciliation, and social and economic inequality.
  • Students will learn management concepts and techniques through problem-based dialogue and action, applicable to regional and global transformation.
  • The program includes workshops during the undergraduate degree to prepare students for Master of Management coursework with no break in their studies.
