The Practice of Condominium Management course is the second of two courses required for those who wish to become a licensed condominium manager in Alberta.

Course Details

• Course Fee: $649
• The course is an e-learning program that allows registration at any time.
• It is designed to be flexible for busy adult learners, providing just enough structure to ensure high-quality learning.
• Students must complete all course assignments within one year of registration and pass a pre-licensing exam offered by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) within 3 months of assignment completion.
• Conditional condominium manager associate licensees can request an extension to the three-month examination attempt timeframe and will have three re-write examination attempt opportunities.
