BUSI 441 - Residential Property Management
Course Structure
This is a scheduled online course that is completed over 15 weeks. The weekly work typically includes reading one or more chapters, watching an instructional video, and completing a multiple-choice assignment. There are two term projects required, and the course ends with a written online examination.
Pre-requisite
The pre-requisite for this course is BUSI 331, and it is recommended to take BUSI 400.

- Lesson No. 9 – Insurance and Risk Management

- Lesson No. 11 – Marketing and Leasing Residential Property and Condominium Governance
Assessment
The assessment for this course includes:
- Weekly multiple-choice assignments: 10% of the final grade
- Project 1: 20% of the final grade
- Project 2: 20% of the final grade
- Final exam: 50% of the final grade
