COHR_V 402 - Leadership

This course examines what effective leadership means and how it can be practiced. The learning objectives include:

• becoming familiar with the major challenges leaders face in today’s competitive world
• examining ways to develop a more effective leadership style
• exploring how leadership varies cross-culturally
• developing a personal leadership model Prerequisite: COMM 203. Course credits: 1.5. Note: COHR 402 will not be offered in 2025W.
