Program Overview

The Interpersonal Business Communication course is designed to help professionals develop strong interpersonal communication skills, essential for productive organizational culture, people leadership, and team performance.


Course Description

In this course, participants will engage in self-exploration to deepen their understanding of their own interpersonal communication patterns, analyze their impact, and apply skills that increase their capacity to foster collaboration with others. The course will cover skills in listening and empathy, perception-checking, reducing defensiveness, addressing conflict, leveraging non-verbal communication, and giving and receiving feedback.
