SPARK Program
The SPARK program is a self-directed program that helps entrepreneurs explore their business ideas and understand their market. The program provides entrepreneurs with a collection of workshops, mentoring, visual, and hands-on tools to guide them through the process of defining their problem, articulating their solution, developing their value proposition, crafting their business model, and getting up close and personal with potential customers in their market to learn what they need.
Upon completing the SPARK program, entrepreneurs may meet the eligibility requirements for the Chang Institute Incubator program. All SPARK workbooks must be reviewed by a mentor during a Mentor Meet session to complete the SPARK program. If a mentor feels the venture is ready for the Early-Stage Startup Incubator program, they will make a recommendation, and the entrepreneur may be invited to an intake panel.
