Introduction to Medische Natuurwetenschappen

The Medische Natuurwetenschappen program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and applications of medical natural sciences. In the third year, students have the opportunity to tailor their program to their interests. They can choose from various electives, such as a minor in Biomedical Imaging, and prepare for their master's program. The year concludes with a bachelor's project and the writing of a bachelor's thesis. Students can also choose to work on a project with one of the research groups at the VU or VUmc, gaining experience in how fundamental science is translated into new clinical applications.
