The Public Control & Organizational Dynamics program is designed for controllers in the public and non-profit sectors. The program focuses on effective and efficient management and control in a dynamic environment.

Program Objectives
The program aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to contribute to the growth and development of their organizations. It covers topics such as:
- Formal management control instruments
- Informal mechanisms (soft controls)
- Influence of managers and professionals
- Effects of influence
- The role of the controller in these processes
Certification
Upon successful completion of the program, participants receive a certificate from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and 72 PE points (for CPC, RA, and RC). The program is part of the postgraduate Certified Public Controller (CPC) program, which can be completed in two to three years.
