Program Overview
The Korte opleiding Alfabetisering & Z-route is a practical short course designed for NT2 teachers who have experience and are certified. The course builds on this basic knowledge and experience, focusing on providing a practical approach to teaching alphabetization and the Z-route.
Target Audience
- The course is suitable for NT2 teachers who have experience and are certified.
- Participants must be working in Alfa NT2 education for at least one day a week, either in adult education, integration, or an ISK.
Course Content
- The course covers how to provide practice-oriented, activating speaking and listening education.
- It teaches how to optimally support the process of learning to read and write.
- Participants learn how to ensure their approach aligns with the principles of the new Z-route.
Course Structure
- The course consists of 6 meetings.
- After each meeting, participants apply their new knowledge directly in their teaching practice.
Incompany and Customization
- The course is also available as a customized incompany training for teacher teams.
- For teacher teams working in ISK or practical education, there is a customized incompany short course on Alphabetization ISK or Practical School.
Outcome
- Upon completion, participants have the knowledge and skills to teach alphabetization and the Z-route effectively.
- They are able to apply a practical, activating approach in their teaching, supporting their students' learning process optimally.
