Leergang Klimaatverandering en energietransitie
Introduction

This course enables participants to better apply the current and future legal framework and advise on climate strategy, energy and climate projects, and other measures aimed at achieving climate goals.
Overview
Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time and will have a significant impact on governments, industry, and the private sector in the coming years. These entities will be confronted with innovative energy projects, mandatory reduction of CO2 emissions, and corrective action by the judiciary. This development is accompanied by a significant amount of new legislation, both at the EU and national levels.

- Dutch and European legislation, as well as current and future legislation.
- An integrated approach to public and private law.
- Extensive discussion of current case law, including climate damage.
Target Audience
The course is intended for (legal) professionals, such as lawyers, jurists, advisors, or policymakers and employees of (decentralized) governments and the private sector.
