The Mechanical Engineering program at VU Amsterdam is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge required to solve current issues using innovative technology. Overview
The program is structured to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including the ability to conduct a comprehensive analysis, compile and calculate a package of requirements, and produce a final product. This enables students to get to the bottom of a technological problem and come up with an inventive solution.
Curriculum
The curriculum is designed to provide students with a solid foundation in mechanical engineering, including courses in mathematics, physics, and engineering sciences. The program also includes practical training and projects to help students develop their skills and apply theoretical knowledge to real-world problems.

After completing the Mechanical Engineering program, students have various options for further education and career development.
