Overview

The Real Estate and Housing Economics specialisation positions students at the forefront of policy making and sustainable urban development. Upon completion of this specialisation, students will be awarded the degree of Master of Science (MSc) in Spatial and Applied Economics.

This specialisation equips students with the expertise to analyse market trends, influence policy decisions, and drive sustainable development initiatives. Graduates are well-prepared for roles in government agencies, real estate firms, financial institutions, and consultancy firms. With a robust foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of real estate economics, students will be ready to address the complex challenges of the housing market and contribute to shaping the cities of the future.
