Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Program

The Certified Management Accountant (CMA) program is designed for management accountants, controllers, CFOs, and other finance professionals seeking an internationally recognized certification in financial and economic management. The program is offered in both Dutch and English at the VU.

Program Overview

• The CMA program consists of two parts: Part 1 focuses on Financial Planning, Performance, and Analytics, while Part 2 delves into Strategic Financial Management.
• Upon passing the two exams administered by the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), participants become Certified Management Accountants and are entitled to use the CMA title.
• This certification is a global benchmark for management accountants and finance professionals.

• Start Date: January (Part 1) and September (Part 2)
