Program Overview

BKO Opleiding

The BKO opleiding is a program offered by the VU Centre for Teaching and Learning, focusing on four underwijscompetenties and criteria: professioneel gedrag, het ontwerpen en uitvoeren van onderwijs, and het begeleiden van studenten. This program is designed to help participants develop their teaching skills and knowledge in accordance with the Onderwijsvisie of the VU.

Inhoud

The program covers various topics, including:

• Professioneel gedrag: Participants will analyze, reflect on, and develop their professioneel gedrag, which serves as the basis of their onderwijspraktijk.
• Ontwerpen van onderwijs: Participants will (re)design their own cursus, applying didactische principes and learning how to create valide and betrouwbaar toetsen.
• Uitvoeren van onderwijs: Participants will expand their didactische repertoire and develop a persoonlijke doceerstijl, applying their knowledge directly in practice.
• Begeleiden van studenten: Participants will learn how to adapt their begeleiding to the leervoorkeur of their students, provide constructieve feedback, and maintain a balance between begeleider and beoordelaar.

Resultaat

Upon completion of the program, participants will have developed their onderwijscompetenties and criteria, enabling them to design and deliver effective onderwijs.
