Program Overview

The Basiskwalificatie Examinering (BKE) is a professionalization program for examiners who are involved in testing and test quality on a daily basis. The program focuses on the quality of testing at the level of a study component.

Program Description

The BKE program is designed for examiners who want to improve their test quality by optimizing and justifying their own tests. The program consists of four sessions, during which participants work on the testing in their own course, including learning objectives, test matrices, assignments, and evaluation forms. The goal is to create a well-optimized and justified test that is ready for the future.

Target Audience

The BKE program is intended for examiners from all faculties of the VU who have already obtained their BKO and have been responsible for testing in a specific course for at least one year. This allows for optimization based on existing tests and evaluation forms from an evaluated course.

Program Details

• The program is only accessible to participants with an appointment at the VU, UMC, ACTA, or AUC.
• The program consists of four sessions.
• The program is conducted in Dutch.
• The program leads to a nationally recognized certificate for higher education (hbo and wo).
