Program Overview
The Verandermanagement Advanced Program is a comprehensive course that focuses on the scientific foundations of change management, including relevant topics, perspectives, and disciplines. The program consists of three blocks, each addressing a different aspect of change management.
Block 1 - Strategie, Technologie & Veranderen
This block covers the strategic and technological aspects of change management, including:
- Veranderen & strategie – Prof. dr. mr. Steven ten Have
- Strategie & technologie – Prof. dr. Theo Huibers
- Innoveren & strategie – Dr. Meindert Flikkema
- Context van verandering: maatschappij & beleid – Drs. Marc Wesselink and Maarten Otto MSc
- Reflectie & integratie – Steven ten Have and Maria Sturm
The block includes a written exam and various other assessment products, such as a core assignment on personal learning goals, a core assignment on strategy, and a core assignment on technology.
Block 2 - Organiseren, Besturen & Veranderen
This block focuses on the organizational and governance aspects of change management, including:
- Veranderen & organiseren – Prof. dr. Wouter ten Have and Ernst Graamans MSc
- Systematisch besturen van organisaties - Prof. dr. Wouter ten Have
- Nieuwe organisatievormen- Prof. dr. Ard-Pieter de Man
- Sturen & verantwoorden - Prof. dr. Kees Ahaus
- Reflectie & integratie – Wouter ten Have and Maria Sturm
- Evidence Based Management Methode
The block includes a written exam and various other assessment products, such as a core assignment on organization, a Critical Appraised Topic (CAT), and an Evidence Based Management exam.
Block 3 - Leren, Ontwikkelen & Leiderschap in relatie tot Verandermanagement
This block covers the learning, development, and leadership aspects of change management, including:
- Organisatie ontwikkeling en leren – Prof. dr. Manon Ruijters and workshop essay writing by Leon Heuts
- Leiderschap – Dr. Ben Tiggelaar
- Leiderschap & gedrag – Prof. dr. Erik van de Loo
- Reflectie & integratie – Manon Ruijter and Maria Sturm
The block includes a manifest writing and presentation assignment, as well as an essay on learning and organizational development.
Program Details
- The program consists of 20 EC, equivalent to 560 hours of preparation and classes.
- The program duration is 30 days, with classes held in blocks of 2 days, and an exam.
- The program runs for 1 year, from February to January.
