Program Overview

The Executive Master in Coaching is a postgraduate program designed to provide participants with a solid scientific basis for their coaching practice. The program is aimed at professionals who want to develop their coaching skills and knowledge to a high level.

Admission Requirements

To be eligible for the program, participants must have an academic or equivalent background, with a minimum of a bachelor's degree. Those with a higher professional education (HBO) degree must demonstrate that they have reached an academic level through additional courses or training. Participants must also have a senior profile as a manager and/or advisor, with at least two years of full-time advisory experience.

Program Structure

The program consists of several components, including:

Executive Coaching: This component focuses on the development of coaching skills and knowledge.
Executive Teamcoaching: This component focuses on the development of team coaching skills and knowledge.
Reflectieopdrachten: Participants must complete reflection assignments as part of the program.
Research: The program includes a research component, where participants must write a publishable article.

Location

The program is offered at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, with some components taking place at other locations in the Netherlands.
