Program Overview

The program "Verandering met Impact" is designed for professionals who want to make a difference in complex change processes.

Target Audience

This program is intended for professionals who meet one or more of the following criteria:

• Opleidingsachtergrond:
  • A master's degree from VU, such as Beleid, Communicatie en Organisatie (BCO) or Culture, Organization and Management (COM)
  • Another relevant master's degree, such as Bestuurs- en Organisatiewetenschappen or Managementwetenschappen
  • A relevant higher professional education (hbo) degree, combined with several years of work experience
• Werkervaring:
  • At least 3 to 5 years of work experience
  • Experience with complex change issues in practice
• Leerbehoefte:
  • Interest in 'state of the art' knowledge from the change management literature
  • Need to reflect with peers
  • Willingness to complete a final assignment
• Beschikbaarheid:
  • Availability of six Fridays in the spring for participation
  • Motivation to learn actively and spar under the guidance of top lecturers
  • Ambition to obtain the VU certificate in Change Management
• Certificering:
  • Ambition to obtain the VU certificate in Change Management

Program Details

The program aims to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to make a positive impact in complex change processes. The program consists of six Fridays in the spring, during which participants will learn from top lecturers and engage in active learning and sparring with peers.
