- Participants work on an individual project or evaluate previously developed products from the perspective of the SKE, which can be included in their portfolio.
- The program concludes with an oral assessment based on a portfolio, demonstrating the possession of SKE qualities.
Outcome
Upon successful completion of the program, participants are awarded the SKE certificate by the Certification Committee for Teacher Professionalization at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
