The Training Leesbevordering in de NT2-klas is designed to stimulate NT2 learners to read more in Dutch and their native language. The workshop aims to provide participants with practical tools and insights to promote reading among their students.
Target Audience
The training is intended for NT2 teachers and teacher teams in adult education and ISKs who want to promote reading among their students.
Content
The workshop covers the latest insights and principles of reading promotion. Participants will learn how to stimulate their students to read more, both inside and outside the classroom. The training includes practical exercises and discussions to help teachers develop their own approach to reading promotion.
Result
After completing the training, participants will be able to:
- Stimulate their students to read more in Dutch and their native language
- Develop a reading promotion policy for their school or institution
- Use practical tools and strategies to promote reading among their students

The training is offered by VU-NT2 and can be tailored to the needs of individual schools or institutions.
Incompany Training
The training can also be offered as an incompany training for teacher teams. This option allows schools and institutions to tailor the training to their specific needs and goals. The incompany training can be delivered at the VU or at the school's location, and can be scheduled at a
