The program "Bouwen aan sterke Onderzoeksteams voor senior onderzoekers" is designed for senior researchers to build strong research teams.

Program Description

This program offers participants the opportunity to achieve the following results:

• Building blocks for an optimal work atmosphere in their team
• Awareness of what is needed to increase team motivation
• Action possibilities to effectively collaborate on the quality of research
• More rest and effectiveness in their role as a leader

Program Experiences

During the program, participants have shared their experiences, including:

• "The exercise during the intake gave me food for thought immediately"
• "What a nice open atmosphere with each other! I learned a lot from the sessions"
