The Master's program in Anesthesia, Resuscitation, and Pain Treatment is designed to provide advanced training in the field of anesthesia and pain management. The program is aimed at graduates in nursing who wish to specialize in anesthesia and pain treatment.

Objectives

• To expand and deepen knowledge of nursing care in the area of anesthesia and resuscitation within the surgical field, as well as pain treatment.
• To facilitate and enable healthcare professionals to investigate, plan, train, organize, and prevent within this framework.

Target Audience

• Graduates in Nursing from the surgical area, critical services, and emergency services.

• Foundations and Types of Anesthesia
• Airway Management and Mechanical Ventilation
• Final Master's Project: Research in Nursing
• Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support
• The Nurse in the Different Surgical Specialties
• The Process of Attending Patients in Post-Anesthesia Recovery Units (PARU)
• The Process of Attending Critical Patients
• The Nurse in Anesthesia Outside the Surgical Area
• Pain Treatment
• Procedures and Techniques in Anesthesia Nursing

• Collective with Discount: Alumni UB with Master's quota, Workers of companies associated with the Catalan Association of Health Entities (ACES) with a 5% discount.
• Conditions:
  • No discount will be applied that is not accredited.
  • Discounts are not cumulative.
  • No discounts will be applied once the course has started.
  • No discount will be applied to courses with less than 7 ECTS.

Admission Requirements

• Pre-enrollment: From April 10 to June 14, candidates must fill out the pre-enrollment form and provide the required documentation, including a photocopy of their ID, a certified copy of their university degree, a photograph, and a curriculum vitae.
• Admission Criteria: Candidates will be selected based on their academic background and experience in the field of nursing.
• Tuition Fees: The total cost of the program is 4,050 €, with a 10% deposit required to secure a place and the remaining 90% to be paid in two installments.
