The Expert in Law and Artificial Intelligence program is a pioneering course that combines technology and law to prepare professionals for the challenges and opportunities presented by Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the legal field.

Presentation

The program is designed for professionals in the legal field who need specialized training to address the protection of new rights and freedoms in the digital age. It covers the introduction to artificial intelligence, ethics and responsibility, current and future regulatory frameworks, data protection, intellectual property, and risks associated with AI.

Objectives

• To understand the services offered by professionals specialized in digital law and the impact of AI on society.
• To evaluate the link between ethics and compliance frameworks in AI.
• To know the scope and obligations derived from the legal framework governing AI and its relation to the legal field.

Faculty

The program is directed by Fernando Barbancho Tovillas, Professor of Labor Law, and features a team of experts in law and artificial intelligence, including Rodolfo Tesone, President Emeritus of ENATIC, and Jordi Ferrer, specialist in Digital Law.

Discounts are available for certain collectives, including alumni of the Fundació IL3-UB, members of professional associations, and companies with a collaboration agreement. The application of discounts is subject to conditions and must be accredited before the start of the course.
