Presentation

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for calibrating all processes involved in a construction project, using universal application techniques and methods combined with new philosophies and technological tools such as BIM, LEAN, LEED, and IPD. The program aims to integrate advanced concepts of project management and new trends related to information treatment and resource control.


Objectives

The objective of this program is to integrate in a formation the most advanced concepts of project management and the new trends related to the treatment of the information and the control of resources like the BIM methodology during the phases of programming and control of projects.
