Overview

The Màster de Formació Permanent en BIM i Disseny Integrat is a program designed to provide students with the necessary tools to manage construction and infrastructure projects, incorporating the BIM methodology in all its phases, from planning to implementation, operation, and control.

Objectives

The main objective of the Master's program is to prepare students to enter the labor market as BIM professionals, as well as to learn the applications of BIM most used in the industry. Upon completion of the program, students will be able to:

• Learn about management, planning, control, measurement, and budgeting.
• Develop global installations, structures, lighting control, energy efficiency, and normative compliance.
• Prepare to enter the labor market as a BIM professional.
• Learn BIM methodologies and software, allowing for the evaluation and pre-visualization of solutions and their implications in different areas, facilitating analysis and decision-making for all team members, reducing design deadlines, minimizing information gaps, eliminating costs and unforeseen events in execution, and improving operation and maintenance plans.

Program Structure

The program consists of 10 modules:

1. Estàndards BIM i Project Management: Introduction to BIM standards, project management, and cost control.
2. BIM Revit Architecture: Introduction to Revit Architecture, including families, views, and visualization.
3. BIM Revit Structure: Introduction to Revit Structure, including creation of documents, quantification, and measurement.
4. Coordinació de projectes BIM: Introduction to BIM project planning, implementation, and coordination.
5. Visualització de projectes BIM: Introduction to visualization tools, including Revit, 3ds Max, and Vray.
6. Dynamo i Edició i Creació de Famílies BIM: Introduction to Dynamo and family creation in Revit.
7. BIM Instal·lacions MEP: Introduction to MEP installations, including hydraulic, electrical, and air conditioning systems.
8. Eficiència Energètica BIM: Introduction to energy efficiency in buildings, including Building Energy Modeling and Green Building Studio.
9. BIM Management i Planificació BIM: Introduction to BIM management, including planning, coordination, and control.
10. Gestió BIM i Projecte final de màster: Introduction to BIM management, including project planning, coordination, and control, and a final project.
