  • Defining advertising campaigns where you can impact your target audience with a message with a value proposition and an attractive call to action, which directly contributes to achieving the set objectives.
  • Identifying new spaces for dialogue, alliances, or co-creation with external actors that help achieve the company's objectives, focusing on social values along with more traditional strategies, with a more commercial or advertising objective.
  • Understanding the need for monitoring, measurement, analysis, and evaluation to verify whether communication objectives (internal and external) are being met.
  • Applying transparency and accountability criteria through the implementation of specific communication actions or materials, based on sustainability reports.
  • Defining the main steps of a crisis management plan that allows safeguarding the brand's reputation.
