Program Overview

The Master's program in Construction Project Management is designed to provide students with advanced knowledge and skills in managing construction projects. The program covers various aspects of project management, including planning, execution, and control, as well as the use of cutting-edge technologies such as BIM and VDC.

Program Structure

The program consists of five modules:

1. Introduction to Project Management: This module introduces students to the fundamentals of project management, including project planning, scheduling, and control.
2. Project Planning: This module covers the planning phase of a construction project, including project scope definition, work breakdown structure, and resource allocation.
3. Project Execution and Control: This module focuses on the execution and control phase of a construction project, including project monitoring, quality control, and risk management.
4. Project Monitoring: This module covers the monitoring phase of a construction project, including project tracking, progress reporting, and earned value management.
5. Final Project: This module requires students to apply the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the program to a real-world construction project.
