Objectives

The program aims to provide participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead and execute innovation strategies within organizations. Specifically, it will enable them to:


  • Define the innovation strategy of an organization
  • Lead a change in the organization towards an innovation culture
  • Apply specific tools for innovation management
  • Design and coordinate the execution of an innovation and entrepreneurship project
  • Lead corporate entrepreneurship processes and promote start-ups

Target Audience

The program is designed for graduates with a higher degree in scientific, technical, or social studies, with at least three years of professional experience. It is also suitable for those with experience in business and a desire to transition into innovation management.
