Program Requirements

• To earn the Certificate in Executive Leadership, candidates must complete a minimum of 10 Tepper Education Units (TEUs) within a three-year period.
• Each executive program is assigned a specific number of TEUs according to the program’s breadth and depth of curriculum.
• Students have the flexibility to select and combine programs from a range of core knowledge areas, including:
  • AI, Analytics, and Technology
  • Leadership, Teams, and Communications
  • Strategy, Risk, and Finance
  • Innovation and Entrepreneurship

• To earn the Certificate in Executive Leadership + AI, participants must earn 5 out of 10 TEUs from AI-focused programs.
