Program Overview

The Joint Carnegie Mellon-University of Pittsburgh Ph.D. Program in Computational Biology (CPCB) provides interdisciplinary training in using quantitative and computational approaches to tackle scientific questions that lie at the interface of the life, physical, engineering, and computer sciences.
