How is Interdisciplinary Education Offered?

PPLE College offers interdisciplinary education through a stimulating and personal study environment. The curriculum is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of complex issues, and the first year is 100% interdisciplinary. Students will analyse societal challenges with the help of multiple perspectives, drawing from the essential social sciences of Politics, Psychology, Law, and Economics. After the first year, students will choose a major from one of the disciplines, and 50% of their classes will be in the discipline of their choosing, while the other 50% will remain interdisciplinary.

Disciplines

The disciplines offered at PPLE College are:

• Politics: studies the organisation and distribution of power
• Psychology: studies how individuals, alone or in groups, make decisions in response to the world around them
• Law: studies how rules are applied, interpreted, manipulated, or upheld
• Economics: studies the role of money and markets – how rules affect markets and vice versa
