Program Description
In this master's program, students learn through experiential learning by applying theory in their own training, allowing them to see and experience the relevance of the knowledge provided. This approach aligns well with the students' own learning goals. Students learn to guide different types of exercises and training sessions, both in the Trainerspracticum and during the internship.
Program Objectives
After gaining insight into basic trainer techniques and completing the internship, students learn how to convert learning objectives into a training or workshop.
